Pratt had been serving as a human resources coordinator, managing needs including onboarding, orientation, compliance and certain payroll functions of Albright’s central office, pharmacy, Warrior Run Manor and LIFE Lebanon, Lancaster and Lycoming. He had previously served as a recruiting manager for Bayada Home Health Care where he was responsible for completing full-cycle recruiting and maintaining employee regulation compliance. Pratt has supported the needs of bilingual human resources functions, including conducting Spanish-language interviews and conversing with Spanish-speaking candidates at job fairs.
As talent acquisition/management specialist, Pratt is responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition and management including recruiting, screening and recommending placement of employees by using creative sourcing methods and established placement mechanisms. He will be in charge of discovering and retaining talent, building a strong employment brand and ensuring positive relationships with candidates and employees.
