Normandie Ridge residents that choose Independent Living can reside in our Garden Cottages—private, single-story units or in Manchester Court - our four-story apartment complex that connects to Manchester Commons, which offers a variety of on-campus amenities including a restaurant, cafe, beauty salon, fitness room, pool and other commonly used services.
