Manchester Court Apartments is a four-story complex with 75 apartments ranging in size from 710 to 1993 square feet. All apartments are fully equipped and residents pay an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Adjoining the apartment complex is Manchester Commons, which houses all of the amenities. Residents living in the apartments can take advantage of these services without leaving the building.
